Place an order

Browse our catalog, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Guest checkout is supported, but signing in lets you save addresses and view order history.

Payment options

We accept major credit and debit cards, bank transfer, USSD and the local gateways shown at checkout. All transactions are TLS encrypted and we never store full card numbers. Your order is confirmed once payment is verified — if your bank shows a debit but the order stays pending after 30 minutes, contact us with your order number and payment reference rather than paying twice.

Visit Track Order and enter your order number and email to see real-time status updates.

Cancel an order

You can cancel an order from your account dashboard while it is still in "Processing" status. Once shipped, please initiate a return instead.

Returns & Refunds

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery; faulty or damaged electronics should be reported within 48 hours for a replacement or full refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 – 10 business days after inspection. Read the full Return Policy.

Warranty

Products carry their manufacturer’s warranty — typically 12 months; the exact cover for each product is shown on its product page and invoice. After the 7-day return window, warranty service is handled by the manufacturer’s authorised service centre. Contact us and we will help you locate the nearest centre and follow the claim through.

Delivery times & fees

Abuja: same-day or next-day for orders placed before 1pm. Lagos, Port Harcourt and other major cities: 2 – 3 business days. Other states: 3 – 5 business days. Delivery is free within Abuja, and free nationwide on orders above ₦800,000; other destinations pay the fee shown at checkout. See the full Shipping Policy.
