We deliver nationwide across Nigeria and to selected international destinations. Once your order is paid for and confirmed, we hand it to our courier partners within 24 hours (Monday–Saturday).

Delivery Times

• Abuja — same-day or next-day for orders placed before 1pm.
• Lagos, Port Harcourt & other major cities — 2 to 3 business days.
• Other states in Nigeria — 3 to 5 business days.
• International (selected destinations) — 5 to 14 business days; customs duties may apply.

Shipping Fees

• Free delivery within Abuja on eligible items.
• For other destinations, fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination and selected courier.
• Free nationwide shipping on orders above ₦800,000.
• Bulky items (TVs above 55", refrigerators, washing machines) carry a handling surcharge shown at checkout.

Order Cut-off Times

Orders placed and paid for before 1:00pm WAT (Mon–Sat) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number by email or SMS as soon as your parcel is collected. You can also follow it live from the Track Order page.

Failed Deliveries

If our courier cannot reach you after two attempts, the parcel is returned to our warehouse and we will contact you to reschedule. After 7 days unclaimed, a re-shipment fee may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

Inspect your parcel on arrival. If it has been tampered with or items are missing, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately on 08034602526 or info@electropalace.ng.
